The pre-licensing course culminates in a certificate, and prepares students to earn their real estate licenses.
Day classes run from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday; night classes run 6-10:30 p.m. There’s no need to take the classes in any particular order, although students must finish the sequence within six months.
Show up to the class you wish to start with, arrive 20 minutes early, students will fill out a short registration form, receive books (which are a total cost of $65 + tax), $20 for fingerprinting service (if you do not already have a fingerprint card).
