- Tax and Gratuity will be applied upon booking and not included in the base price
- We offer several time options per week for your mixology experience:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday at 6pm
- Saturday and Sunday at 3pm
- If none of these options are convenient, we can accommodate other days and times if needed

An interest in quality spirits, classic cocktails and local ingredients has been growing exponentially in the last few years, yet it is very hard to learn more and be completely submerged in this trend. Whether you are interested in expanding your palate or planning a bachelorette or bachelor party, we can curate an experience to fit your needs.
Each private class is inside the restaurant of your choice and can be catered to your preference. A Senior Bartender instructor will walk you through cocktail basics, technique, infusions and food pairings. The instructor will set you and your guests up with tools, fresh ingredients, spirits, and snacks to highlight each of your cocktails.

EatWell DC is a locally owned and operated restaurant company dedicated to great food, drinks and hospitality. EatWell DC is composed of six distinct restaurants. Grillfish in the West End; Logan Tavern, Commissary, and The Pig in Logan Circle; Frenchy's Naturel in Shaw and The Charles in La Plata, Maryland. Our care for our team and community goes far beyond our restaurant's doors. EatWell DC is committed to maintaining our environment through a variety of sustainable practices. We have a farm in La Plata, Maryland that is utilized for a vast amount of the produce used in our restaurants. What we do not get from our farm we purchase from local vendors. Our restaurants are also Surfrider certified, which means that our restaurants do their part in protecting our oceans and natural habitats by using biodegradable products and purchasing sustainable seafood whenever possible.
