The owner of The Cheese Patch has completed formal training on the production of cheeses, as well as classic ways to pair them with wine and beer. That knowledge is shared with anyone who comes to the shop, through formal tastings and pairing workshops, as well as informal chats with the staff about what's on the shelves. In addition to stocking cheeses, wine, and craft beer, the Patch also sells accessories such as slicers and cutting boards.
