Each customer receives a high-quality fraser fir tree from North Carolina. The difference between each grade is the number of inclusions, or spaces, in each tree. While some store-bought trees can contain 8–10 inclusions, premium trees have 1–2 inclusions, grade-one trees have 3–4 inclusions, and grade-two trees have 4–5 inclusions.
