Q:

Would this be appropriate for an 11 yr old girl? Thanks!

Adina T.  asked on  Aug 2, 2013

A:

Hey Adina, Most definitely, we have lots of terrain and youth programs geared toward young climbers. We do have an age restriction on the Introduction class, all participates must be at least 13. Thanks!

Q:

Can the 5 punch pass be used towards a kid's class? I want my 7 yr old to start climbing!

meghan c.  asked on  Aug 2, 2013

A:

Hey Meghan, Unfortunately our punch passes can only be used for day use only. All of our instruction and kids programs have set prices that include the use of the gym. We're currently running our summer camps and we'll starting up our after school kids clubs in September. We'll be releasing the dates for our kids clubs in mid-August. Thanks!

Q:

Can I purchase the 5 visits for $19 and use it at once for 5 people? Also do I need to purchase shoes rentals or can the kids wear their own street shoes?

Rebecca S.  asked on  Aug 1, 2013

A:

Hello Rebecca, Our 5 punch pass is not exclusive. You can bring in a friend, your children, or whomever you'd like to use a punch off your pass. Our punch passes are electronic and good at both locations. Climbing shoes are aren't required but recommended. We do have climbing shoes to rent, but a stiff soled shoe will work too. Thanks!

Q:

How appropriate would this be for an 11 and a 13 year old to do without a parent climbing with them?

Janisse H.  asked on  Jul 31, 2013

A:

Hey Janisse, We have many 11-13 year olds come in and climb on an individual basis, however a friend or partner makes it more enjoyable but not required. Many of those will have parents around just for supervision and not climbing. We do require anyone 12 and younger to be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Thanks!

Q:

Is there some way to set this aside for myself until I check with my friends to see what day they can go? It seems there should be some way to "hold" this Groupon for myself while I check with them.

caren w.  asked on  Jul 31, 2013

A:

Hello Caren, You should be able to hold onto your Groupon until the day you redeem it or it expires. Also if you purchased the Introduction class Groupon, you'll be able to book the day you want to use it through our website, http://www.thecircuitgym.com/instruction.php. You and your friends will be able to pick the day/class you want. During the booking process, there will be a section that asks if you have a promotion code to use, this is where you'll enter the Groupon code. Thanks!
