The Clay Room
More than 18,000 options await visitors at The Clay Room. That's because the staff lines the shelves with more than 300 raw bisque shapes—blank, ceramic canvases that await colorful glazes—of which there are 60 shades to choose from. After selecting a form, which vary in size and shape from basic plates to intricate tea pots and figurines disguised as mugs, painters take a seat at one of the tables, which are stocked with brushes. After completing their masterpiece, clients leave them with the staff, who then clear-coat and fire them in the kiln before they're food-safe and ready for pick-up, about a week later.
