What You'll Get
Crafting your way into someone's cupboard is the craftiest way into his or her heart. Create a heartfelt cupboarding pass with today's deal: for $15, you get $30 worth of ceramics painting at The Clayground Ceramic Painting Studio, located in the Avenida Shopping Centre.
The Clayground offers a fun and colourful environment for masterpiece making, with a wide selection of barren ceramics and all the supplies needed to paint, kiln fire, and ceremoniously present the finished product in a one-stop studio. For each visit, you’ll peruse an offering of more than 300 unpainted ceramics, including mugs, gnomes, jewelry boxes, giant horses that covertly house armies, and animal figurines, before settling into your paintin’ seat. Next, you’ll be armed with your choice of more than 60 colours of paint, plus brushes, dynamite, and your uncensored imagination to colour or cloak your chosen ceramic in a customized design. Prices range from $8 to $125, and the majority of projects typically range from $15–$30, including supplies and The Clayground’s water-based, non-toxic paints.
Once you’ve completed your masterpiece, you’ll flee the scene, and return five to seven days later to a freshly kiln-fired and clear-glazed product. Take this opportunity to create a customized coffee cup for a caffeine-addicted copywriter, or gift this Groupon to a budding artist with a taste for personally designed pottery pieces.
There are not yet many reviews for The Clayground, but the studio was featured in the Top Five Best Pottery Painting places according to SweetLife.
