Amazing! I called after I'd booked my appointment online and even though they weren't supposed to be working Thanksgiving weekend, she still honored my appointment. She went to my apartment to do a move out cleaning and it almost made me want to move back in. She went above and beyond and even packed our last miscellaneous items! Took out the trash and sent me pictures since I wasn't there! Love!
