I got the email stating "This deal is valid for a punch card for the laundry of 10 men's dress shirts, not the dry cleaning of 10 shirts. Our sincere apologies for any confusion this may have caused." What is the difference between laundry and dry cleaning? Can you please clarify?

Good question, men's shirts are generally cotton or cotton blend. Most men wear their shirts once or twice and then launder beause it is easier on them and less expensive to do. We will generally only dry clean a dress shirt if it is silk or silk blend. Silk is generally drycleaned even though there is silks that are comming out more and more that can be washed but it still feels better when dry cleaned. Also most proffesional dry cleaners use detergents that have less chlorine than department brands which helps keep the bright colors sharper for longer.
