The company alerted me when the cleaners were on their way. They introduced themselves, we talked about what I wanted done and in what order. One woman started in the first room and the other started vacuuming all the rooms, crawling on the floor to get all the edges and floorboards. They were very thorough and pleasant too. Excellent job! I would recommend the Cleaning Solution. Thank you!
