The CrossFit On-Ramp classes introduce clients to CrossFit training, specifically CrossFit’s nine essential movements. Following the On-Ramp program, clients have unlimited access to CrossFit classes, which blend cardio and strength training through moves such as muscle-ups, body-weight squats, and kettlebell exercises. Training for Warriors Cleveland

For nearly 20 years, Training for Warriors Cleveland's experienced instructors have produced athletes well versed in agility. Helmed by executive director John Collis, PhD, the institute’s staff of conditioning coaches, exercise physiologists, physical therapists and sports medicine physicians leads sessions designed to build strength and endurance through a philosophy of constantly changing motion. The team also conducts athlete-specific, small-group training and programs that work to develop skills such as linear speed, change of direction, and flexibility.
