Through the tall glass windows of The Cobble Crêperie & Tea Spot, passersby can watch as chef Adam Ali performs the graceful steps of handcrafting a crepe. After sweeping the homemade, gluten-free, chickpea-flour-based batter across the flat griddle in circular motions, the thin crepe is ready in just a few minutes. Once it's carefully lifted from the heat, it's lined with savory combinations of spinach, tomato, and cheese, or sweet pairings such as nutella, strawberry, and banana. These sweet and savory crepes are complemented by a range of organic teas and coffees.
