According to the Graffiti Run's website, their Colorful 5K is for pretty much everyone—"unless you hate color or smiling, then you are not invited." So the admission process is laid-back, but the event itself is definitely high-energy. Racers of all different ages run, walk, skip, or charleston their way along the 5K course, where they're (gently and safely) pelted with powder from the Graffiti Run's trademark Color Cannons. By the time they've finished the course, runners' formerly white outfits are transformed into a kaleidoscopic piece of art. Sponsored by CLIF Bar, Core Power, and others, the race culminates in a party with live music, and some proceeds will be given to a local charity.
