Private rooms are impressive! I like the touch screen monitors for picking a song and the waitress was super nice. Would have still liked a book of songs to look though in the room, it was a bit hard to search and not find the song I and others wanted.

It was a very good experience. My group was very pleased with the vast catalog of songs across many different genres from which to choose. The small private room fit our group of eight okay, but I am skeptical about whether fitting ten people in there would have been anything less than unbearable. The rooms could also use more air conditioning, as it gets hot in there pretty quickly. I am glad fans were available, but it is not good to have a fan blowing on you while you are singing. It is a good way to lose your voice. Lastly, I would encourage more consistency in drink service. About an hour into our session, we started receiving margaritas that were half the size of the ones we had originally ordered and, upon complaint, were told that the reduction was due to a change in the bartender. I would think that all your drinks should be the same size regardless of who is making them. Overall, though, we had a great time and would return.

They should have a notification pop up on the private karaoke tv screens to let them know when their name is being called to sing on stage. Also they should provide a key to be able to lock the private karaoke room if the customer has to go to the restroom.
