What You'll Get
Restaurants offer diners both a delicious reprieve from the kitchen and a secure environment that makes it virtually impossible for the dish to run away with the spoon. Keep your eating implements obedient with today’s Groupon: for $15, you get $35 worth of American cuisine from the dinner menu at Corner Kitchen, or $7 for $15 worth of lunch fare.
Located in a century-old house in historic Biltmore Village, Corner Kitchen serves acclaimed dishes combining regional cuisines with palate-pleasing panache. The friendly staff will guide you to fireplaced rooms upstairs or downstairs, to a porch by the bar, or behind the bar if your interview went well. Oft-updated lunch and dinner menus, populated by a Pan-American dream team of diverse dishes coached by Executive Chef Joe Scully, will stagger even worldly tongues with their ingenuity. Dinner entrees range from $17–$26, and lunch courses run $5–$12. While today's deal is not valid for alcohol, diners may wish to pair bites with sips from the restaurant's elegantly organized wine list.
Corner Kitchen was selected by Wine Spectator as a 2008 Restaurant Award winner and is a suggested restaurant by the New York Times. OpenTable reviewers awarded it with the Diner's Choice award. Yelpers give it a four-star average and TripAdvisors give it an average of 4.5 owl eyes.
- A great place to enjoy lunch on the patio on a sunny summer afternoon. – JayJoe J., Yelp
- The dinner at Corner Kitchen far surpassed my expectations. Local fare with innovation--now that's cooking. Unexpected food at a very reasonable price. If you are a serious diner, then you have to go to this restaurant. – HeidiKurtz, TripAdvisor
