As if The Crab King's daily-caught crab wasn't fresh enough, the gap between sea and land is shortened even more with their floating restaurant with a waterfront view. Located on the wharf of Steveston Harbour, The Crab King is never far removed from the fresh catches that come in each morning. Executive Chef Ricky offers the namesake seafood in 10 styles, from steamed crab with garlic butter and potatoes, to lemongrass thai green curry with black peppercorn. Then there's the crab hot pots, Atlantic lobster, and house-filleted halibut and sockeye salmon. Spirits including Sleeman Honey Brown Lager and Oyster Bay Chardonnay make perfect accompaniments to the floating experience.
