If we bought the 10 visit option can that be used by two people or does it have to be used by one individual only. In other words, can 2 share the 10 visits?

Rebecca H.  asked on  Mar 8, 2013

The 10 visit pass is designed to be used by one person and can't be shared. That said, it's discounted enough that you could buy one for each person for a little less than buying one at our normal retail price.

So if i bought the 10 visit option, i would have to use them within the 120 days?

Veronica d.  asked on  Mar 5, 2013

No. You have 120 days to redeem your voucher. Once the voucher has been redeemed for the 10 visit pass, you have a year to use all 10 visits.

Can children do this?

Sybil B.  asked on  Mar 4, 2013

That's a tough question to answer without knowing specifics. Most children begin understanding climbing and can do at least some climbing around 5 years old. We've seen kids younger than 5 climb, and we've seen kids older than 5 have a hard time climbing, typically due more to trust & confidence than physical ability. If you have any other questions, feel free to give us a call. Thanks!
