She is very friendly , personable, warm and did a great job with my hair. I was ready for a shorter style, have had some problems with my hair because I'm perimenopausal and she knew what to do. I have a hard time explaining what I want, but she was good at communicating and had a picture that was ideal for me, with something that is low maintenance but very stylish and cute. She also knows how to cut and style curly hair, a skill that many hairstylists have not honed. It was a good experience and I will go back; I truly do recommend her.
