The classes are amazing. I love the ladies that work and teach the classes. The facilities are very clean and comfortable. I absolutely love the Daily Method!!

Cancellations required one hour prior to each class or fee up to the Groupon price may apply. Must sign waiver. Classes are must be used by the same person. Must activate by expiration. 5 class sessions must be completed within 30 days of activation. 10 class sessions must be completed within 45 days of activation. Jill Dailey McIntosh has always been intrigued by the human body and how it moves—so much so that she graduated in 1991 with a kinesiology degree and soon thereafter decided to open her own Pilates teaching studio. But it wasn't until years later that this curiosity would manifest itself in a single question: "How can one aggressively transform the shape of their body while still maintaining proper alignment of the spine?"
