Your service was completed within the scheduled 2-hour deep cleaning appointment, and all areas listed in the original booking request were addressed. We have before-and-after photos documenting the work completed. On the day of service, one cleaner experienced an unexpected emergency. Rather than canceling or rescheduling, we proceeded so your appointment could still be honored. Additionally, the request for a 4th bathroom and construction-related cleanup was outside the original scope of the service purchased. Groupon redemption codes are required prior to service in accordance with Groupon’s standard redemption policy, not to restrict support.
