Don’t purchase. They only send 1 cleaner instead of the 2 mentioned in your service, and it is not a deep cleaning service. My home still has visible dirt/salt from the snow storm on the hardwood floors. Bathroom sinks not properly cleaned (which I mentioned when he first started cleaning), floors not fully swept. I will be spending money on another cleaner. They tell you to share the redemption code before coming because Groupon won’t be able to help you since it says your service was redeemed.

Your service was completed within the scheduled 2-hour deep cleaning appointment, and all areas listed in the original booking request were addressed. We have before-and-after photos documenting the work completed. On the day of service, one cleaner experienced an unexpected emergency. Rather than canceling or rescheduling, we proceeded so your appointment could still be honored. Additionally, the request for a 4th bathroom and construction-related cleanup was outside the original scope of the service purchased. Groupon redemption codes are required prior to service in accordance with Groupon’s standard redemption policy, not to restrict support. We remain committed to professionalism and quality and appreciate the opportunity to clarify for future clients.
