The Devil's X
Sure, you could get fit by running on a treadmill for hours on end, staring at the same spot on a wall and running down the clock. Or you could pick up an axe. The Devil's X encourages clients to do the latter, throwing sharpened axes at targets to learn a new trick, have fun, and get a mean core workout in the process. Of course, there are other workouts incorporating an array of fitness methods (boot camps, interval training, TRX suspension, and so on), but what they share in common is an absence of boring repetition. Instead, high-intensity sessions focus on functional movements and variety to help carve out marble physiques.
