A:

Rhonda, We can definitely involve a member of your party if you point them out to us. Unfortunately, packages cannot be purchased separately or through the GroupOn deal.

Q:

Why is this so expensive? You can get the same thing at Dave & Busters for $19.95 per person! (Whoever thinks 2 shopping bags are worth 40 bucks must be smoking crack! You can buy shopping bags in stores for 99 cents or less!) I signed up to Groupon for deals- not to be ripped off. Whoever is signing these deals up needs to wake up and use common sense ....seriously.

The Dinner Detective Murder Mystery show is rated number one in the nation for the past 5 years with over 25 franchises nationwide. We pride ourselves on being the most interactive, entertaining, and engaging show out there and we've proven it with show-ratings of 9.2 out of 10 through 2 and a half years in Austin. With an average of 70 people per show attending and 40-45 shows per year--- can over 7,000 happy guests really be wrong? Besides, our actors are hand-picked from professional improv companies across the nation and our show is 2 and a half hours long (four-course meal included). I think you're comparing flank steak to a New York strip and your comments are unfounded and aren't backed by any form of research. We respect your opinion and value all of our customers, but we also encourage you to do a little bit of research before comparing us to another show . I've attached a link to our website and hope that you give it a look-over. I have also attached a link to an advertisement for the Dave and Busters Murder Mystery show here in Austin. As you can see, it is actually $36.95 per person and is only a 3-course meal. http://www.thedinnerdetective.com/ http://www.zvents.com/austin_tx/events/show/179746765-murder-mystery-dinner-theatre Hopefully, you'll attend one of our future shows, so we can prove to you why we are the best out there and why those extra bucks are totally worth it. -Thanks
