What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I was involved in a local computer club during high school. I enjoyed helping people learn, and explore all the possibilities on the computer. I wanted to continue to build relationships with any one that needs my help.

What do you love most about your job?
I like to meet new people, and develop relationships with my customers. I find something new with every service call, and it's always changing.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
After I installed Linux on a customer's laptop for staying safe online, they asked if they would ever need me to fix the installation. I responded, in a few years when they stop releasing updates. He said, you're not just about making money, you take care of people.
