Service Restrictions:
Valid for homes with basement-access HVAC systems only. Homes with crawl space, attic, or utility closet systems will incur extra fees if main ducts are not accessible. The charge will be $20 per Supply Vent and $25-$35 per Return Vent. Voucher applies toward total if main ducts are inaccessible. Extra fees apply for ducts behind drywall. Not valid for 2nd-story condominiums, apartments, mobile homes, or homes with asbestos. Call before purchase to confirm eligibility.
Redemption and Booking:
