What You'll Get
A trip to the paintball field is the only way to treat an itchy trigger finger, outside of expensive rash creams or firing a water gun carved from a cactus. Scratch the itch for vengeance with today's Groupon: for $9, you get all-day admission, gun and mask rental, unlimited CO2, and 100 paintballs at The Edge Paintball Adventures (up to an $18 value). This Groupon is valid on Saturday and Sunday only, and participants must be present for a check-in session—held at 9:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 2:30 p.m.—before they can play.
Home to more than 50 acres of paint-splattered battlegrounds, The Edge hosts epic color clashes regulated by trained and experienced referees. Once equipped with rules, protective gear, and ammo, warriors ages 10 and up can play a variety of scenario games or pay homage to Jackson Pollock while barraging enemy canvases with 100 paint-filled spheres. The outdoor arena boasts two speedball courses and six woodsball courses couched in varying terrain. Sandbag bunkers and a wooden fort keep snipers secure and elusive, while winding paths guide mobile combatants through wooded territory and open meadows. Additional paintballs are available for onsite purchase for players who run out while decimating the enemy or attempting to juggle all 100 paintballs at once.
The Edge Paintball Adventures offers free play to certain community workers on select days of the month, but this Groupon supplies the best deal for most people.

About Frog Holler Paintball
Paintballers belly crawl through tall grasses and weeds as their opponents hunker behind fence posts, sandbags, and trees. Within wooden structures teammates strategize and hatch plans of attack before flanking the other team and firing off kaleidoscopic-like rounds of eco-friendly paintballs.
Traversing 54 acres comprising six woodsball courses and two speedball fields, players at Frog Holler Paintball navigate varying terrain, including a stream bordered by long stalks of golden grass and overgrown, tree-bordered fields full of thistle, shrubs, and dandelions gone to seed. A staff of trained referees maintain order on themed courses. Fields are Ambush ridge, Charlie's Farm, Snap Shooters town, and Hamburger Hill. No outside Paintballs or coolers are allowed.
