The Electric City Trolley Museum
The Electric City Trolley Museum provides a hands-on opportunity for visitors of all ages to discover the history of Electric Traction systems and the impact they had on Northeast Pennsylvania and beyond. This historic attraction also includes a 10 mile Trolley Excursion which stops at the Iron Furnaces, travels through the 4,747 ft. long Laurel Line Tunnel and tours the Trolley works building at Montage.
Great for young kids who are in to trains. It is right next to the Steam Town National Museum and would be part of a great railway exploration day.

If you take the 3 o'clock train get there early because the museum closes at 4 o'clock. The gentleman was gracious enough to give us passes to come back anytime. A great trip and the museum looks very interesting. Go take the ride!
