What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? The services offered by our spa all fall under the category of THERAPY: Skin Care Therapy (facials and hair removal), Massage Therapy (Deep, Therapeutic, Relaxing, Stone), and Nail Therapy (Manicures, Pedicures, Shellac/Gel polish, overall Natural Nail Care). Our spa focuses on overall wellness of the body and believes that can be achieved through proper education as well as providing great service.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? The inspiration to start this business came because the industry has become so obsessed with quantity versus quality. While we understand that time is precious and no minute should be "wasted," we strive to make sure that time spent in our spa is effective. Each client leaves with a better understanding of how to maintain the services they received in order to extend their service until we see them again. We pride ourselves on being able to eliminate the statement heard by so many clients: "no one ever told me that!" When you know better, you do, look, and feel better!
What do you love most about your job? The thing that I love most about my job is hearing and seeing the client's reaction after their service! To know that they are not only happy with the service that was provided to them, but that they have proper at-home education and care to prolong the results that were achieved gives us the greatest joy. We want to keep our clients happy and coming back time and time again, and when that happens we know that we've done the job we oh so love!
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer? The best reaction I've gotten from any customer is TRUST and LOYALTY! The clients who keep coming back because I don't necessarily tell them what they want to hear, but truly what they need to hear. They trust that I have their best interests at heart and that what I am telling them is going to provide them with nothing but success, whether it be with skin care, nail care, or massage therapy.
