We’re sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience, but this doesn’t sound like us! We do not require all parties to be present for check-in, nor have we ever had a policy similar to that. Perhaps you may have us confused with another business? We also do our best to be clear and upfront about our refund policies during the booking process, and we never advertise guaranteed refunds unless specifically outlined in a promotion. They had me change the original night I had picked and then The Host never showed up the new day and time given to me, leaving 10 of Us sitting around. Nobody would answer the phone number given to us.
