Not everyone can be a ballerina, and certainly not everyone has the time and dedication it takes to do so. But who says you can't look like one anyway? At The Extension Room, the fitness instructors teach the specially-designed Extension Method workout, which was developed by professional dancer, Jennifer Nichols based on classical ballet techniques. Combining the use of a ballet barre and contemporary athletic conditioning methods, these classes are designed to help participants have the strength, posture, and totally buff gams of a dancer, but take an accessible approach that isn't intimidating or time consuming.
