This was my first facial and I had a great experience. Upon checking in, I was asked to fill out a questionnaire. Then we sat down together and when over products I use day to day, allergies, products I used in the past, etc. She started off with cleansing my face, used a facial steamer, and did some extractions, etc. Highly recommend!

Gwen is very professional. She did not rush my teenage daughter’s acne facial. She made some suggestions of products that my daughter should purchase. She spoke to my daughter and let her know what she was doing as she gave the facial. Her space was small but very clean. She wrote down care instructions for my daughter and said she would call her in a week and check on her skin. I highly recommend Gwen’s facials.

She is very knowledgeable about skin! After the treatment and extractions we followed her instructions on what products to use and with in 2 days we saw a HUGE difference in his skin! He’s is so very happy with his results just from one visit!! We will be returning and I will making an appointment for myself now too!!
