We only use certified black angus burgers and fresh baked snowflake rolls which are as light as a cloud.
What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
The New York cheeseburger with pastrami and swiss cheese is amazing. The Texas burger made with bacon, cheddar cheese and BBQ sauce on our signature snowflake roll.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Sean, the owner and chef, has been in the food industry for more than 20 years as a cook and manger from ice cream stores to Domino’s to the casinos in Atlantic City
What do you love most about your job?
Sean loves to cook and make the customers happy with this food and excellent service.
