Q:

Are these classes for all levels of exercise? Like beginners?

Kim R.  asked on  Jun 26, 2013

A:

Men and women of all ages and experience levels are welcome. Beginners need to start with 6-10 CrossFit intro classes until you can move into the regular classes - this is at instructors discretion.

Q:

I have the schedule up, but don't see when the intro classes are. Is there a difference on the schedule from when it says CrossFit? Also, the intro classes are still going to be a good workout, right?

Megan F.  asked on  Jun 25, 2013

A:

The Corssfit Intro classes are on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. You can see the full schedule when you click here. Hope that helps!

Andy C.  from  Groupon  replied on  Jun 25, 2013

A:

The Intro class runs on Monday Wednesday and Thursday at 6pm - Saturday morning at 10am, you can only attend the intro classes until the instructors cut you loose to attend the regular classes. You will get a workout during the intro classes.

Q:

A friend said that the Fine Print says that you have to go to 5 CrossFit intro classes in a row. Can I go as much, or when my schedule allows, during the voucher month?

Irene Debra D.  asked on  Jun 24, 2013

A:

You can do the intro classes as your schedule permits, I am not aware of any statement of 5 classes in a row on our deal, in fact you can hit as many of the intros as you wish in you month.

Q:

Please clarify the details...with this Groupon, do we attend ONE Crossfit Intro session and then move to the regular CrossFit classes, or should I be looking at only the Crossfit Intro classes for the whole month? I'm looking over the schedule and need to be sure the times will work for me. Thanks!

Stacey S.  asked on  Jun 24, 2013

A:

You will need between 6-10 CrossFit intro classes until you can move into the regular classes - this is at instructors discretion.

Q:

Do you have to purchase a membership in order to use this? Or is this voucher just valid for the one month and then there are no contractual agreements after the month is up?

Emily W.  asked on  Jun 24, 2013

A:

There aren't any contractual agreements required, so you don't have to purchase a membership after using the Groupon.

Q:

Also, is the voucher only good for the Crossfit Intro classes? Or is it valid for the Crossfit classes as well?

Emily W.  asked on  Jun 24, 2013

A:

NO its just a one month Groupon, this is for people who are new to CrossFit, therefor it applies to CrossFit intro classes only until they graduate into regular classes - this is not for current CrossFitters
