The Fireplace Room
You don't need to stretch your imagination to guess what the The Fireplace Room is named after, but you might need to work it a little to actually picture the thing. A major focal point of the bar and lounge area, the fireplace here is a custom-built, oversized, wood-burning behemoth that remains aglow throughout cool nights thanks to staffers that hand-feed it at regular intervals. Of course, the restaurant also features Chef Anthony Ambrose, who's appeared on Live Regis & Kathie Lee and been invited as a guest chef at James Beard Foundation events. Chef Ambrose's seasonal menus feature variations on his gourmet thin-crust pizzas, as well as other casual yet gourmet grub, such as the fireplace burger and braised short rib. The bar cuts an easygoing vibe, while the more formal dining room offers scenic views of the beautiful Pines Golf Course.
