About The FIT Room
Anthony Marmora was an athlete all his life. But when concussions forced him to stop playing hockey, his competitive drive slowed and he spent more time eating. Soon he was 80 pounds overweight and largely inactive. That's when he decided to turn his life around. Anthony dove back into fitness head-first, shedding his unwanted weight, rekindling his passion for fitness, and inspiring him to help others do the same. And so, he opened The FIT Room, an inclusive fitness studio that helps clients from all background to tone and lose weight. In addition to offering intense boot camps and personal training, he also offers nutritional coaching to help clients maximize their results, as well as small group training sessions that foster a sense of community.
