Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

What date is considered the Activation Date? Would that be your first class or would that be the day you purchase the groupon?

Sharon W.  asked on  Jun 19, 2012

A:

The date of your first class. For instance, if you purchase a month of unlimited classes and started June 21st, your month would be up July 21st. Also, with the unlimited classes for a month, you can come to any of the classes offered.

More Questions and Answers

Q:

Can this be used for kickboxing or is it just boxing ?

Keith N.  asked on  Jun 19, 2012

A:

It can be used for either. The boxing/kickboxing classes are, at least for this month and for July, mainly boxing, but it is up to the trainer's discretion. That means that the trainer may decide to incorporate kickboxing techniques into the class depending on the participants and what they want.

Q:

I'm 60 years old with 2 artificial kness, do you have a program for me?

Angela  asked on  Jun 19, 2012

A:

Your age is definitely not a problem. ALL ages can benefit from an active lifestyle that includes moderate exercise. The issue will be more related to your knees and what limits your doctor might have for you. The boxing fitness would be a good place to start, as it is mostly upper body. We try to offer modified versions of most exercises used in all our classes so that no matter your level of fitness or condition, you can benefit. Personal training might also be an option for you.
