The sprawling Fitness Loft—teems with activity, from professional circus aerialist tumbling on free-flowing silks affixed to the towering ceiling during aerial-silk classes. Beneath the mélange of dangling gymnastic rings and resistance straps, students work with the expert instructors to figure out the right routines for their goals and fitness levels. They can work specific muscle groups on the cardio and strength-training machines, or swing Russian-style kettlebells.
