Pole Conditioning equips bodies with the strength and endurance they need to perform choreography, hardening the upper body, lower body, and core with muscle-toning exercises and iron-infused lotion before introducing basic routines. Athletic spins and tricks lay the foundation for Polesque – Pole Dance Choreography, which sprinkles in elements of lap dance, chair dance, striptease, and burlesque to fuel a hybrid approach to sexy frolicking.
