After choosing a soup, such as lamb with fermented vegetables or crab with squid and broccoli, diners choose from six different spiciness levels, effortlessly making their hot pot as piquant as they like. After that, an optional assortment of extras, ranging from noodles to fish balls and corn, further customizes each dish. There are also vegetarian hot pots that layer glass noodles, tofu, and shrimp balls, while the classic beef version complements each meaty morsel with plenty of spinach and mushrooms.
