Our Far Infrared Sauna sessions are private, unless you decide to bring guests with you to enjoy at the same time. It features a blue tooth enabled audio system so you can enjoy your own music or podcast during your session. It also has a user-controlled Color Chromotherapy feature that allows you to choose a color during your sauna session if you would like. We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your infrared sauna session is scheduled to begin. Please "Check In" at the front desk in The Float Place when you arrive. Unless you have a float/cold plunge booked after your sauna session you will not have access to a shower. If you are floating or using the cold plunge after your sauna session, we recommend you bring a robe to wear between your sessions.
