Website for Franklin Institute says that the tickets for Spy are dated and timed. Does this mean that you need to buy the tickets in advance and if so how do I get the groupon discount?

carol k.  asked on  Jun 7, 2013

Q:

I would like to use the groupon tomorrow however, the voucher takes 24 hours to generate. How can i use the groupon that I would like to purchase now, for tomorrow morning?

Michelle D.  asked on  Jun 7, 2013

A:

Fortunately, you can use most Groupons on the same day you purchase them. However, we do occasionally have to wait to provide the business with their complete list of purchasers, which can mean you won't be able to redeem right away. If that's the case, the delay will be listed in the Fine Print and we'll remind you when you print your voucher.

Q:

Why in the world would you describe the event as running "through Wednesday October 9" if the Groupon itself expires in July 4? Terrible "fine print" chicanery.

Russell K.  asked on  Jun 6, 2013

A:

I apologize for any inconvenience. We include this information about the exhibit, because it is a general description, letting the customer know the details. It does not have any effect on the expiration date of the Groupon.
