Is the "classic" meal planning low-sodium and low-cholesterol? ---heart healthy?

In general sodium is limited to under 700mg for a complete meal and cholesterol levels are heart healthy.

Q:

My husband does not eat pork and I am allergic to shellfish. Can the mealplans be customized? Also, we have more than 4 in our family.

A:

Mealplans are not customizable. Many subscribers make adjustments to the recipes base on specific dietary needs. Fish is every Tuesday but there is always a substitute provided for non-fish eating families. Recipes are for 4 adults and can be doubled if necessary.

There are limited frozen vegetables that are included in the plan like corn and peas. For the most part, we prefer to use fresh food.

How difficult are these recipes? Can they be prepared within 15-20 minutes or so? Do most have less than 5-6 ingredients?

Each complete meal takes less than 30 minutes to prepare and features simple recipes that the whole family can create together. The amount of ingredients per recipe vary.
