Q:

I just joined Fresh 20 within the last week and signed up for 3 months. I'm about to go have lunch, which is my Peasant Bean Soup that I made last night that was fantastic! My question is, can I add this year to the three months? When would the access to the archives start? Thanks for such a terrific website!

Dani K.  asked on  Jan 7, 2013

A:

If you purchase a Groupon, you could cancel your other plan via your PayPal account and wait until that subscription is almost expired to activate your Groupon. Redeeming now would not give you the full value because it begins as soon as the voucher is redeemed.

Q:

Are there only five meals that correspond to the weekly lists? My concern is that we can't eat shell fish, so something with shrimp is out of the question. How does one make a substitution or do you have to eat the same meal twice in the week?

Denise D.  asked on  Jan 6, 2013

A:

Our plans cover five weeknight meals with one recipe as a fish/seafood. We offer substitutions for all our fish meals directly on the recipe and on the shopping list.

Q:

Can they accomodate multilple allergies. Such as I am gluten free and also cannot eat corn or banana's. I have found many programs can only take one allergy. Thanks, Karen

karen f.  asked on  Jan 6, 2013

A:

Unfortunately, there are too many allergies for us to offer a plan that catches them all. Our gluten free plan would work as we've never used bananas and corn can be omitted from any recipe.

Q:

In regards to the vegetarian option, is there a sample week or day we could view? I tried nutrisystem vegetarian and it was just a ton of carbs and sugar - ie. Obviously not put together by a vegetarian chef. Thanks!
