From what I understand, or maybe I am just misinterpreting the "fine print" but I would be getting only 6 months of meal planning instead of 12 if I purchase the groupon. this is what's posted: The Fine Print Expires Apr 10, 2013 Limit 1 per person, may buy 2 additional as gifts. Limit 1 per visit. Must activate by expiration date on your Groupon, meal planning expires 12 months from activation date; after expiration date on your Groupon, meal planning expires 6 months from activation date.

Sorry for the confusion! The Fine Print states "must activate by expiration date on your Groupon, meal planning expires 12 months from activation date". This means that you'll need to activate your Groupon by April 10, 2013. You'll have 12 full moths of dinner planning from the date you activate your Groupon. For example, if you waited until 4/10/13 to activate your Groupon, your meal planning would last a full year, until 4/10/14.

The next part of the Fine Print reads "after expiration date on your Groupon, meal planning expires 6 months from activation date." This portion of the Fine Print just means that if you wait to activate your Groupon until after 4/10/13, you'll only receive 6 months of meal planning instead of 12 months, since you did not redeem your Groupon in time. For example, if you let your Groupon expire and then activate it on 4/11/13, your membership would only last until 10/11/13.

I don't see anywhere to pick which meal plan I would like. Is that done after the purchase?

When you redeem your voucher, the plan is chosen upon redemption.
