Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

how many sessions does it typically take to remove a tattoo??

Shivani P.  asked on  Nov 8, 2012

A:

Hi Shivani, Typically, it takes anywhere from 3 - 16 sessions on average spaced 6 weeks apart. There are many variables that are considered when determining how many sessions it would take to remove a tattoo. The size, the color and whether it is professionally done or an amateur job, are all things that are considered into the equation. For these reasons, it is best to come in for a free consultation to get an idea of what exactly is involved regarding your own personal ink. Thanks, Cynthia Grancourt Spa Manager

Q:

Do you use anything to numb the skin before the lazering?

Jessica F.  asked on  Nov 8, 2012

A:

Hi Jessica, Yes, we certainly do! We give you some topical numbing cream to apply 30 minutes before your appointment. We also chill the skin with our Zimmer Cryo Machine as we laser the tattoo. Thanks, Cynthia Grancourt Spa Manager
