What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? _We are a small local business that comes directly to your home at no extra cost. We are very personable and treat our clients like friends, not just a number. We offer all types of computer repair, training, virus removal, data recovery, wireless setups, new computer setup, and more. _

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I worked for a large company in the IT department and when I had my second child I wanted to be able to spend more time with my family and so I decided to take what I know best and help others without getting overcharged for services.

What do you love most about your job? I love the people. They become friends and I know and remember each one of them. I love the trust they have for us as they continue to call back.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? The hugs are what I enjoy after I have helped someone with their computer. I work a lot with customers who are 55 and older and they are so grateful for the work we do without rushing them.
