I enjoyed my session with Carrie immensely. A previous lymphatic massage at a different spa was disappointing; I’m glad I decided to give it another try. The addition of the wood therapy was a game-changer! I look forward to trying the vacuum therapy as well.

I wanted to share my wonderful experience I had today with Carrie. I'm 46 dealing with menopause symptoms along with bloating in my stomach which I feel are from my hysterectomy from December of 24. She is extremely knowledgeable, she explained everything. Carrie was super sweet, caring listened to my concerns and gave me lots of suggestions to help me feel better with everything going on. I also deal with back & neck pain and when I left I swear nothing was hurting. I had the lymphatic drainage massage with cupping. The cupping felt amazing to me but I have a very high pain tolerance. I cant tell you how excited I am to see how I sleep tonight and how I feel tomorrow. I highly recommend setting up an appointment with her you wont be disappointed. I wasn’t sure what to expect but Carrie was very helpful and friendly and willing to answer any questions and concerns I had. I came home from the infra red procedure and vacuuming and sauna and immediately I was able to fit into a size 8 pair of pants!! I was amazed!!! Honestly, my stomach area is a little sore but no extreme pain. Just a little tender. I’m drinking lots of water to help flush out toxins and lymph nodes as instructed. I was very satisfied with the results, so much so that I recommended the Getaway spa to a friend! A wonderful boost to my weight loss journey!!!
