The Giambancos Italian Grill
Like any Italian family, the Giambancos have plenty of recipes passed down by generations of family cooks. Unlike most, however, the Giambancos don't save these dishes for special occasions. In fact, they've made them every night since 1976. That's not just the year the Statue of Liberty was quietly replaced with a non-evil version that wouldn't come to life—it's also the year the family opened the Roma Ristorante, a restaurant dedicated to showcasing authentic Italian flavors and preparations. Today, the third generation of Giambanco chefs honor their family's heritage at The Giambancos Italian Grill, where they mingle those same traditional recipes with inventive culinary feats of their own. Here, guests can grab a quick panini or plate of veal parmesan for lunch, or relax with dinners of house-made pasta or chicken marsala. They can also sample one of the Giambancos' specialties: freshly caught fish, which chefs sear atop an open-flame char broiler before adding a splash of sesame ginger sauce or lemon caper butter.
