Q:

I have a 2003 Toyota Rav4. It's smaller than the more recent models... is it a small or SUV? Are there any small washes available?

Stephanie S.  asked on  Aug 22, 2013

A:

Any SUV, crossover or station wagon type vehicles are in the middle price category. If you'd like to just have a wash and vac it would be $45 if there is no pet hair or anything excessive.

Q:

I have a Hyundai Sante Fe. Your SUV groupons are sold out. May I buy the next size up and that would include the cost for pet hair. I have had you guys clean my car before and you do a fantastic job. My husband just bought one for his car.

Sally M.  asked on  Aug 20, 2013

A:

Q:

Greetings, I am allergic to fragrances and am one of the few that actually does not want a new car or any other smell. Is this possible with your detailing? Thanks.

Barbara E.  asked on  Aug 18, 2013

A:

Our cleaning solution has some sent in it but not really strong. We usually do spray an air fresher at the end. If you tell us not to spray it then we will not.

Q:

Hi there! This looks interesting. Where are your locations? I am in Virginia Beach near the oceanfront. You said you have a waiting room, is this at all locations? Also, can you be a little more detailed as to what you do? A friend of mine had her car detailed and they missed all kinds of areas, such as under the front seats, the trunk, in the crevices, etc. Does your detail include these things? One more question, if you please, would you clean my kid's car seat too? :-) Thank you for your response.

Miriam M.  asked on  Aug 19, 2013

A:

We have a location in Newport News and Williamsburg. Our detail is thorough and includes the trunk. We can clean the car seat for an additional $10. The detail takes about 2-4 hours depending on the size and condition of your vehicle. You can visit our website at www.thegiftautodetailingcenter.com for more information.
