Very nice experience... she guided me thru the steps and I really wasn't uncomfortable the location was pretty far from me, but she was very accommodating even though I was there 5 mins late.. the gel tingles and the tv was on while I listened to music went from a shade 32 to a 20, and she let me know it will be a few more shades in a few days. very knowledgeable ty glowing smile touch ups soon
